Why this site exists
Most post-money valuation calculators on Google do one piece of math: pre-money + investment = post-money. Right answer, easy bit. The interesting bits — SAFE conversion, the option pool shuffle, anti-dilution provisions, AI-bifurcated 2026 benchmarks — are mostly absent. The calculators that do include them are usually on a cap-table platform's site (Carta, Pulley, AngelList Stack) and exist as lead-capture for the platform's paid product.

What we do
